The flexible soft pallet-also commonly referred to as a flexible pallet or "ton-bag" soft pallet-is a novel cargo handling and unitizing tool constructed from high-strength flexible materials, such as woven polypropylene fabric. It is designed to consolidate, transport, and store bagged or small-packaged goods that are voluminous yet relatively lightweight. By utilizing lifting slings or securing straps to firmly bind the cargo together, it enables the entire load to be handled as a single unit using forklifts or cranes.

Core Features and Applications
The core value of the flexible soft pallet lies in its lightweight nature, flexibility, and cost-efficiency. Compared to traditional wooden or metal pallets, it is significantly lighter in weight, reusable, and-being recyclable after disposal-more environmentally friendly. After use, it can be folded down for storage, occupying minimal warehouse space. Its primary objective is to resolve the labor-intensive challenges associated with handling and transporting large volumes of lightweight bagged goods, thereby significantly boosting operational efficiency and reducing handling costs.

How to Use
The process of using a flexible soft pallet typically involves three steps:
Laying Out: Spread the base of the soft pallet flat on the ground or a work surface, and arrange the surrounding lifting slings and securing straps neatly.
Stacking: Stack the bagged goods intended for transport onto the pallet surface in an interlocking pattern; this staggered stacking method helps enhance stability and prevent slippage.
Securing and Lifting: Once the cargo is stacked neatly, tighten the surrounding lifting slings, cross them over to secure the load firmly, and finally attach them to the lifting points of a forklift or hoisting device to proceed with the unified handling of the entire load.
