Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for regular sizes is 1,000 pieces, and mixed batch customization is supported. If you are a new customer and want to test samples, we can coordinate the production schedule and support small order test runs starting from 200 pieces.
Q: How long does it take from proofing to delivery? How to solve logistics?
A: After confirming the drawings, it will take about 3-5 days for proofing (including aluminum foil lining). The production cycle for bulk goods is usually 15-20 days, depending on the order quantity. We have long-term cooperation agreements with Debon, Aneng and major ocean freight forwarders. We can arrange export transportation on our behalf and provide free fumigation pallets or stretch film packaging to ensure that the goods arrive at the port in good condition.
Q: What should I do if I find air leakage in the lining after arrival?
A: We implement the "advance compensation" principle. Each batch of goods will undergo fluorescent leak detection or vacuum and pressure-holding tests one by one before leaving the factory. If there is a problem due to transportation or a rare production oversight, please keep the image data and we will reissue or negotiate a claim as soon as possible and never let the customer bear the loss.
