Biodegradable plastic aluminum foil FIBCs are heavy-duty bulk containers (FIBCs) made of biodegradable plastic (PLA/PBAT, etc.) as the inner layer, aluminum foil as the barrier layer, and high-strength fiber as the outer layer, stitched together. They typically have a rated load capacity of 500–1500 kg and combine high barrier properties for moisture and light protection with life-cycle biodegradability.

 

The characteristics of biodegradable plastic aluminum foil FIBCs include robust and durable materials, rejecting the use of substandard single-layer composite materials. The outer layer of this environmentally friendly aluminum foil FIBC is puncture-resistant, preventing damage during handling. The middle layer thickness is strictly controlled between 7-12 microns, effectively blocking sunlight and oxygen. The inner contact material layer meets FDA food-grade standards and contains added degradation agents.

 

The structural parameters of biodegradable plastic aluminum foil ton bags are customizable, ranging from 500kg to 1500kg. Non-standard designs are supported, and the base fabric uses high-quality PP material with high strength. Applications of biodegradable plastic aluminum foil ton bags include: in the chemical industry for packaging silica, kaolin, and carbon black, solving problems related to fine dust and moisture absorption/caking; in the food industry for export packaging of milk powder, starch, and vitamin C powder, passing SGS food contact material testing; and in new materials using battery raw materials such as lithium iron phosphate and graphene, where the aluminum foil layer effectively prevents material oxidation and deterioration.

 

Compared to ordinary transparent PE ton bags, which condense inside when exposed to sunlight, causing goods to harden, biodegradable plastic aluminum foil ton bags are completely opaque; even in summer container temperatures reaching 60°C, they maintain a constant temperature and humidity inside the bag. Ordinary aluminum foil is prone to pinholes after bending, leading to localized leaks. Biodegradable aluminum foil FIBC bags combine aluminum foil and PET materials with an environmentally friendly FIBC product and a special coating, increasing abrasion resistance by 30%. Even after long-distance land transportation, the barrier layer remains intact. Compared to single-use packaging, traditional solutions increase carbon tax costs. The solution is a recyclable bottom layer and a biodegradable inner liner.
