Conductive bags-also known as anti-static bags for electronic products-are a specialized type of plastic packaging. They are primarily used to package electronic components and sensitive devices, serving to prevent damage caused by static electricity. These bags possess excellent conductive and anti-static properties, thereby effectively mitigating static-related risks.
The primary material used in conductive bags is a specialized conductive compound; its surface undergoes a specific conductive treatment, distinguishing it from ordinary plastic bags. Due to the unique nature of this material, the anti-static resistance of conductive bags typically falls below 10^6 ohms, resulting in a pronounced conductive effect. Furthermore, these bags are predominantly black in color; their composition differs from standard polyethylene, consisting instead of a powder-based material, which renders the finished bag structure somewhat brittle.
Conductive bags are capable of being printed-including multi-color printing-though the unique characteristics of their material preclude the application of corona treatment; consequently, their ink adhesion capabilities are limited.
