Material and Structure
The outer layer of this Baffle FIBC with PE Line uses high-strength polypropylene (PP) fabric. The biggest difference from ordinary round bags is the addition of 3D reinforcing ribs (Baffles) at the four corners.
The inner layer uses a custom-made PE lining film. This film can be a regular tubular film, or a folded-bottom or round-bottom film, perfectly fitting the dimensions of the outer bag to completely isolate the material from outside air and moisture.
Key Parameters
Standard Size: Taking 110x110x120cm as an example, a regular round bag, when fully filled, occupies just over 1 cubic meter of pallet space. Our Baffle bags, due to their superior shaping, maintain a stable volumetric efficiency of over 98%.
Load Capacity: Standard load capacity 1000kg - 1500kg. Thanks to the reinforcing ribs, the bag has excellent lateral stability, and will not wobble even when stacked three or four layers high.
Safety Ratio: Typically 5:1 or 6:1, ensuring the bags can withstand harsh logistical conditions.

Fine Chemicals and Plastic Raw Materials: Such as PVC resin, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, and carbon black.
Food Additives and Raw Materials: Such as starch, milk powder, glucose, and vitamin powder. The inner liner effectively blocks oxygen and moisture, ensuring food safety.
Building Materials: Certain mortars and mineral powders requiring strict moisture protection.

FAQ
Q: Are Baffle FIBC with PE Liner bags significantly more expensive than regular bags?
A: The cost per bag is indeed higher due to the use of more material and more complex manufacturing process. However, consider this: if you can load 2-3 tons more cargo per container, the savings in shipping costs far outweigh the price difference in bags.
Q: How are the inner liner and outer bag secured?
A: Our PE liner is sewn to the outer bag's nozzle at key inlet and outlet locations. During filling, the material naturally expands the liner, ensuring it fits perfectly against the inner wall of the outer bag, preventing it from twisting into a clump.
Q: How can I confirm the bag's forming effect, i.e., whether the baffle holds its shape?
A: The key lies in the width design and sewing process of the baffle reinforcement. We have thousands of successful cases and a mature database of size proportions. Simply provide your material density and desired filling height, and our engineers can first create drawings, then conduct sample measurements until you are satisfied.
