Standard thicknesses range from 120gsm to 230gsm, selectable as needed. For food-grade applications, FDA-compliant PP material is available, while for chemical-grade applications, anti-corrosion and anti-static coatings can be added. The bottom uses a cross-reinforced process with thickened webbing. The hanging loops are made of high-strength PP webbing, and the seams are double-stitched with strictly controlled stitch density to prevent unraveling and breakage.

4. Minimum Order Quantity and Customization Lead Time

Standard Model (No customization, default parameters): Minimum order quantity 500 pieces, shipment within 48 hours after payment;

Custom Model (any customization of size, structure, color, etc.): Minimum order quantity 1000 pieces (3000 pieces required for color and logo customization), customization lead time 7-15 days. Bulk orders (10,000 pieces or more) can be shortened to within 7 days. The specific lead time can be negotiated based on the order quantity.
