Our moisture barrier inner liners are made of premium PE polyethylene material. Flexible and highly protective, these liners work perfectly with all common outer packaging, including woven bags, ton bags, cartons and chemical drums. We only use brand new pure PE raw material for production. The material is odorless, chemically stable and non-corrosive, so it will never contaminate packaged goods. It meets regular industrial and food-grade packaging standards, safe enough for daily and sensitive product packaging use.
PE's natural vapor barrier property delivers reliable moisture and water resistance. It effectively blocks ambient moisture and water vapor, stopping stored goods from absorbing humidity, caking, getting moldy or oxidizing and spoiling during storage and transit.
These liners feature good elasticity and toughness, not easy to crack or break. During frequent handling, stacking and long-distance shipping, they buffer external pressure and friction, greatly lowering the risk of bag damage and material leakage.
The bag opening supports heat sealing for a tight, full enclosed seal. This solid sealing keeps fine powder from leaking out and blocks outside dust and impurities, maintaining great internal cleanliness and airtightness.
We have a full selection of standard sizes in stock. Custom dimensions are also available to match different outer packaging sizes. The liners are highly adaptable and super easy to install, simply line the outer bag or container directly for instant protection.
