Material Standards
The FIBC Flexible Pallet is made of flexible material (such as polypropylene woven fabric), with a soft base fabric at the bottom. High-strength lifting straps are provided around the perimeter or at specific locations for overall lifting operations by forklifts or cranes.
The FIBC Flexible Pallet Craftsmanship:
Edges and stress points are all densely stitched with double-layered edging. Key stress points are reinforced with webbing.
Wide and thickened lifting straps are sewn at all four corners or sides, with multiple backstitches for reinforcement at the connection between the straps and the main body.
Some styles are PE-coated for increased moisture and water resistance.
The entire structure has no hard bottom, allowing for foldable storage. The craftsmanship primarily relies on sewing reinforcement, resulting in a simple yet durable structure.
