Outer Layer: Double-layer Aluminum Foil FIBC uses high-strength polyester fiber woven fabric, 120-180μm thick. It is abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant, resisting friction, impact during transportation, and outdoor sun and rain exposure, preventing bag damage. An anti-UV coating can be added as needed to extend its outdoor aging life to more than six months.
Middle Layer: Double-layer high-purity aluminum foil, 7-12μm thick, aluminum foil purity ≥99.9%. It uses a dry composite process to tightly bond with the inner and outer layers, without bubbles or delamination, providing maximum barrier performance and completely isolating moisture, oxygen, and light.
Inner Layer: Food-grade polyethylene (PE) or nylon (PA), 80-120μm thick. It is non-toxic, odorless, and corrosion-resistant, with no harmful substance migration upon direct contact with materials. It also has excellent heat-sealing properties to ensure the bag's airtightness. For special powders such as lithium iron phosphate, a thicker or puncture-resistant coating can be added.
